Andy Simmonds
Andy is currently Consultation Partner in the National Accounting and Audit department of Deloitte in London advising audit partners on client issues. Andy is a consulting editor on Deloitte’s suite of GAAP publications published under “iGAAP” “ukGAAP” titles. He represents the firm on a number of external professional committees, and regularly speaks at conferences and events on reporting issues.

Previous activities:
- 1970 - 1973 Manchester University, graduating in 1973 with a B.Sc. degree in mathematics.
- 1973 - 1977 Deloitte, Haskins & Sells, qualifying as a chartered accountant in 1976.
- 1977 - 1985 Accountancy Tuition Centre, senior lecturer specialising in Financial Accounting and Quantitative Techniques.
- 1985 - Deloitte LLP and its predecessor firms.
