We know there’s a million and one organisations out there doing things that at first glance, look a lot like what we do. But if you scratch the surface you’ll quickly see what makes Oasis unlike any other organisation.
Hubs: what we believe affects the way we work.
As you may have already read, at the heart of Oasis is a belief in inclusion which is why we work with people regardless of any distinction you can think of - and we mean any.
We also believe in meeting the breadth of human needs, whether that’s educational, economical, physical, spiritual, social or environmental.
As you can imagine, this is no mean feat; it’s a remarkable job so we need a remarkable approach to achieve it.
That's why we work through an approach we like to call ‘hubs’. These are exactly what they sound like – hubs of activity in which we (often in partnership) provide integrated and diverse services in order to benefit the whole person and the whole community.
