It costs an incredible £120,000 to put a young person in prison. Oasis can work with 800 young people for the same amount.

Oasis helps young people to live better lives and make positive choices. In fact, a lot of the young people we work with would be leading very different lives if they hadn’t come into contact with Oasis.

This Christmas, over 12,000 young people will be in prison. It’s a shockingly high number – and we want to see it go down in 2011 by working with more young people before they make the wrong decisions.
