In 1999 the Government committed to halve child poverty by 2010 and to eradicate it by 2020.

Ten years on, 4 million children are still living in poverty in the UK. The Government is spending less than 40p a week on helping these children.

But at Oasis, we truly believe that children matter; that no child should be living in poverty, whether that's financial poverty or poverty of health, education or love.
