Volunteering
There are loads of ways that you can volunteer with Oasis.
We have two fantastic gap years: Oasis:threesixty and Tale of Two Cities. There are also loads of opportunities to volunteer in one of our hubs; have you ever considered volunteering to help teach young people to read, or play football? If you have a skill to share chances are there's a job for you.
A bit more about our gap years:
Oasis: threesixty A Christian Gap year - change your world. Spend a year with Oasis threesixty in one of our 11 UK hubs learning on the job. Youth work, mentoring, radio stations, football, schools work and community outreach. Whilst getting accredited training in Community Work and Ministry and having a laugh along the way. Apply now to start next September
Tale of Two Cities: This team is a combination of our UK and Global programmes. The team will spend their first 8 months in the UK, volunteering at one of the Oasis hubs and following the same programme as the threesixty teams, finishing in April. They will then go to volunteer with one of our Oasis global hubs for 3 months for May, June and July. The 2013 Tale of Two Cities team is going to Harare to volunteer with Oasis Zimbabwe.
