www.realbuzz.com/running comes highly recommended from our previous runners. It has a section on running basics if you're just starting out as well as a handy route planner for your training runs.
www.runnersworld.co.uk is another popular website which includes a wide range of training schedules - perfect if you're not sure where to start. There's plenty of other running advice and information too.
