We’re helping people like Carly and Naomi. What started out as a teenage spat quickly escalated into bullying, intimidation and violence. Friction sped like wild fire from the school into the wider community. Yet with mediation the girl’s relationship was restored, sending good feeling back into the community. Mediation is just one way Oasis helps to support communities all over the UK and the world.
We also deliver family support and children’s work, professional and vocational training and youth and community initiatives alongside our network of churches.
Working with Local Authorities, the police and other organisations, we respond to the specific needs of the local communities we are part of.
Oasis is here to help people and communities become healthy and whole. It costs £50,000 a month just to sustain what we already deliver - and there is still so much more to do.
