Six new Oasis Academies to open in September 2008
Following the successful opening of our first three Academies in September 2007 in Enfield, Immingham and Grimsby, six more Oasis Academies have been confirmed for September 2008. Oasis begins the 08/09 academic year with a total of nine academies.
Each Academy shares the same Oasis values and ethos, but each also delivers a specialism ranging from business and enterprise in Enfield to global communications in Mayfield and Visual and performing arts in Bristol.
Of course the real news is in thw classroom where we want to see the biggest chnage. One student said "you can really tell the difference Oasis has made already. Now I wake up and want to go to school instead of feeling like I have to go to school."

Oasis Academy Lord's Hill (Southampton West)
More Academies are planned for the future and we are currently in discussions to sponsor a Academy in Oldham and a second in Enfield.
