Brian lives with HIV. In South Africa there is a huge stigma attached to HIV so much so that many people refuse to even be tested and chose to live with the consequences.
Oasis South Africa runs a Community Health programme to support people living with HIV/AIDS which helps people like Brian to work through the social and emotional challenges they face.

That Brian agreed to be tested, was willing to go on treatment and does not mind being known for it are all unprecedented.
