Features of the Meeting rooms
Our meeting facilities and conference rooms are available hourly, daily or longer term. All our meeting areas are designed for comfort and practicality and can be arranged in several different styles to meet the needs of your business.
The Harding Conference Suite can be divided into five single bays by means of partitions or opened out and used as one large meeting space. There are also five other meeting rooms, all of which can be equipped and set up in different styles to cater for all types of meetings as well as group size.
- Tea and coffee (for up to six delegates after that £1.50 per delegate per day)
- Telephones/Conference calls @ £5 per day
- Photocopying and faxing
- Outside catering through the Hub Coffee House
- Wireless Internet access
Audio visual equipment can be hired for half a day or a full day and includes:
- Data Projectors @ £20 a day
- Screens
- Flipchart @ £5 a day
The Harding Conference Suite prices are show below. The number of rooms required depends upon layout and number of Delegates e.g. 13-25 delegates in Boardroom style would need 2 of the Harding Suite rooms.
