About our teams
At present the London Youth Inclusion Regional Team are focussed on Primary Transition, which is specialist transition support for pupils graduating from primary to secondary school.
In the past the team has delivered Secondary Intervention (in school group and one to one mentoring support for secondary schools) and Community Inclusion projects (Community based programmes to engage Young People). Oasis Youth Inclusion currently supports young people across the London Boroughs of Lambeth, Southwark and Greenwich. Below are examples of our current work:
Lambeth:
Oasis Youth Inclusion lead the Lambeth Children's Fund transition Project - working with the most vulnerable young people in primary and secondary schools across the borough. For more information on this project please click on the above link.

Oasis Youth Inclusion work as part of Southwark On track in Peckham and Rotherhithe delivering Primary Transition support. For more information on this project please click on the above link.
