We're looking for volunteers to work in Bishkek, the capital city.
Oasis Kyrgyzstan are working with vulnerable children and young people in detention centres, reform homes and a youth prison, running sports activities and life skills. The summer team will help to run a camp for some of these children and teenagers, enabling them to get outside the city and have a holiday for the first time.
Summer 2010
Dates: 24th July - 7th August
Minimum age: 18+
Cost: £2000
Application deadline: 31st May 2010
Applicants must have a mature approach to working cross-culturally and a desire to serve practically.This team will be hard work, but a fantastic opportunity to serve vulnerable and marginalized people. Are you up for the challenge?
