Building Project Coordinator

In spring 2011 we want to build a new multi-purpose building on our site (office, Net2Work computer training, temporary housing for vulnerable youth). This is an exciting opportunity to lead our building project as well as being a member of Oasis Kyrgyzstan's pioneering team in Bishkek.
The Successful Applicant Will:
- Help develop plans for our construction project.
- Liaise (if necessary through a translator) with building company, architect, etc.
- Practically help in the building project.
Personal Specification:
- Skills and experience in the field of construction/architecture
- Ability to speak Russian desirable
- Willingness to learn Russian and/or Kyrgyz or improve level of ability necessary
