Oasis Hub North Bristol works to build social capital across the area we work, providing integrated, high quality services that benefit the whole person and the whole community. Our growing success means we are in a position to appoint a Community Shop Assistant to work at our enterprising Community Shop in Ridingleaze, North Bristol.
Working alongside the Enterprise Coordinator the Community Shop Assistant will be responsible for to maximising sales, donations and the profitability of the shop. In the absence of the enterprise coordinator, assume responsibility for the day-day running of the shop including stock management, supporting volunteers and delivering excellent customer service.
The success of this role is dependent on creating meaningful relationships with the local community. This is a newly created role, so the opportunity is there for the right person to take ownership of the project and thrive, with full support and guidance from the Enterprise Coordinator and the Hub Team.
