A new opportunity has arisen for an organised and experienced Executive Assistant who is comfortable working at a senior level in a growing and fast moving charitable organisation. 

This high profile role requires the successful candidate to:

  • Provide executive level assistance the CEO which will also require collaboration with the other PA/EAs and liaising with stakeholders to achieve our goals.
  • Provide diary management, arrange meetings and book travel.
  • Plan, Minute and service Board Meetings, ensuring timely administration of papers.
  • Provide basic administrative support for the two Community Development Directors, Chief Operating Officer and support the efficient running of the National Office space.
