Oasis Hub Waterloo is looking for an experienced Coffee Shop Manager to work at our social enterprise. Our much-loved Oasis Hub Coffee House is in Waterloo, at the heart of our community hub, a vibrant and diverse community, which seeks to be a welcoming space for anyone and everyone.
The successful applicant will work closely with the Business Development Manager to grow the business, as we look to expand our offering across the breakfast, brunch, lunch menus and evening events. You will have a passion for good coffee, food, experience of menu planning, preparing and delivering a wide range of food, pricing, food trends, as well as managing a team. This is an exciting opportunity for an entrepreneurial self-starter, who has industry and management experience, to lead a team and build the business.
