Deputy Hub Leader, Oasis Hub Hull
Hours: 3.5 days per week- 3 flexible days plus Sunday mornings
Salary: £16,955 to £20,628, dependent on experience for 3.5 days per week (£24,221 to £29,469 FTE).

We’re really excited to be able to recruit to this new post. We hope it will be a fulfilling role for someone who would like the opportunity to work with a team to further develop our inclusive church community. There is plenty of flexibility, with the opportunity for the right person to shape the role, input into our vision for the future, and make the vision a reality.
We are a friendly and supportive team comprising of staff, a leadership team (which we call our core team), trustees and many other people who give their time voluntarily to create our community together. The Deputy Hub Leader will become a part of the core team, and play a full role in our planning, leadership, and developing our strategy for the future, with a particular focus on our Church congregation and activity.

We are looking for a Deputy Hub Leader who is fully committed to creating an inclusive church community (including all areas of inclusivity such as LGBTQ+, ethnicity, economic power, disability).
The role will focus on our church activity such as Sunday services and pastoral support and we are looking for someone with training and/or experience in these areas, as well as someone who can bring creativity and new ideas across all our hub activity.
