Oasis Charitable Trust is recruiting for Tutors (teaching Science, Maths and Modern Languages) to work with us at Crystal Palace Football Club Academy with its young players. Our task is to create an educational environment that offers a holistic and integrated approach to life; one where every player is given the opportunity to achieve their full potential both on and off the pitch.
We are searching for Tutors who will deliver the club’s bespoke, education programme to help each young player to discover and explore their core strengths, as well as to develop enhanced self-esteem, positive behaviour and increased confidence.
Our successful candidate will be:
- Responsible for delivering one-to-one and small group lessons to young players from year 8 – 11, in the following subjects: Science, Maths and Modern Languages.
- Able to demonstrate their understanding of social and cognitive barriers to students learning and the importance of a psychologically trauma-informed approach as an educational practitioner.
- Able to work flexibly and resourcefully to ensure the young people at Crystal Palace Football Club meet and exceed their academic targets set by their schools.

£24.53 per /hour + 7% non-contributory pension
