We are looking for an experienced Financial Inclusion Officer to join our Aspire Team!
You will be working as part of the Changing Futures team to provide personalised financial capability support to people engaging with the project. You will provide support to help to access bank accounts, assist with welfare benefit applications and income maximisation, signposting for debt advice, delivering education work to improve individual confidence and financial capability, including household budgeting in order to support independent living and tenancy sustainment.
Changing Futures is a four-year, £64 million programme that seeks to test new ways of working across the public sector and community sector to improve outcomes for individuals, services and the system in relation to multiple disadvantage. This work has a focus on working with individuals experiencing disadvantage including (and not limited to) addiction, mental health, involvement in the criminal justice system, domestic abuse and homelessness.

Salary: £24,875 – £27,039 (Per Annum, Pro Rata)
Hours: 14 hours per week (Post is offered on a 12-month initial fixed-term contract)
