Group Finance Manager

(Human Trafficking Prevention)

£26,854 per annum

STOP THE TRAFFIK is a groundbreaking charity established in 2006, working with communities across the world to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking.

STOP THE TRAFFIK is looking to recruit a Finance Manager. This role is critical to our organisation’s financial integrity and transparency, as well as our ability to continue fighting human trafficking as effectively as possible.

The successful candidate will be a core member of the Operations Team. You will manage the organisation’s budgets

Responsibilities:

  • Manage STOP THE TRAFFIK Group organisational budgets, income and expenditure
  • Develop and deliver monthly management accounts, cash flows and project reports, ensuring comprehensive analysis
  • Ensure the Trustees are provided with timely and accurate financial information.
  • Monitor and inform the Director of Operations and Audit & Risk Committee of risk and mitigate where possible
  • Oversee finance, spend, recording, and cash management for projects
  • Implement best practice around procedure, controls, and policies where necessary

Required skills and experience:

  • Experienced with Xero, PSF, or similar systems
  • Experience overseeing budgets
  • Experience implementing best financial practice
  • Experience reporting to funders and or a board of trustees
  • Incredibly strong attention to detail
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
