Personal Assistant to the Executive Team

Location: Gateshead

Salary Grade B: Starting salary is £19,500 per annum pro rata. The band goes up to £21,000 per annum pro rata, however, this is dependent on annual performance reviews

Hours: 25 – 37 hours per week, Monday-Friday (flexible to be agreed with COO)

Job Purpose:  

Do you have a flair for organising others?  Do you have a passion for administration?  Then we need your secretarial skills.

We have an amazing opportunity for an Executive Team PA to provide full secretarial and administrative support to the Chief Operating Officer, Director of Programmes and Director of Housing (the Executive Team).  This involves the production of correspondence and reports, proof reading and formatting documents, diary management, coordinating meetings and production of agendas and minutes.

You will also provide administrative support to the wider Senior Leadership Team, including organising travel and logistics, arranging meetings and taking minutes.  You will also work closely with the PA to the Chief Executive on key tasks such as organising the annual staff conference.
