Oasis Hub Blakenhale is connected to Oasis Academy Blakenhale Junior and Oasis Academy Blackenhale Infants, which is situated in the Stechford and Yardley North ward of Birmingham. The academy prides itself on delivering a bespoke and unique sport and fitness curriculum as well as delivering a first-class education. At Oasis, we believe in communities that are holistic, interconnected and totally inclusive. As such, Oasis Hub Blakenhale is intimately connected with Oasis Academy Blakenhale Junior, and is committed to actively serving the local community.
Oasis Hub Foundry and Boulton (F.A.B.) is situated in Winson Green, Birmingham. The hub offers regular coffee mornings, complete with play areas for younger children and craft and tech activities for older children. The hub works with people from diverse backgrounds, and encourages anyone who is feeling stressed, lonely or bored to join them and build friendships.
Oasis Hub Hobmoor, situated in Yardley, Birmingham, is connected to Oasis Academy Hobmoor and is open on all weekday evenings. The hub is currently developing a range of exciting activities, including art and crafts, sports and adult learning, for the local community to participate in. The hub also hopes to encourage local families to spend time together and provide members of the community with the chance to learn new skills.
Oasis Hub Short Heath is connected to Oasis Academy Short Heath, a primary school in Erdington, Birmingham. Both the hub serves a diverse community, and is committed to playing an active role in the local community. The hub is also actively involved in fundraising for the Oasis community hub in Punganur which focuses on the development of women, children and youth at our Potter’s Wheel campus. The different activities run at Potter’s Wheel include a Computer training centre, sports centre, literacy centre, spoken English training and tuition.
Oasis Hub Warndon is situated on the edge of Worcester City and serves the community of Warndon and the surrounding area. Oasis Academy Warndon offers an exceptional education, and the hub provides a range of support services to the wider community. At Oasis Warndon Community Hub, a number of spaces are available to hire for meetings and conferences, thus offering the local community the opportunity to gather and work together. Recently, a new community centre was launched which is quickly becoming a host a vibrant range of activities.
Oasis Hub Woodview is situated in Edgbaston, close to Birmingham city centre. At the heart of the hub is Oasis Academy Woodview with a weekly coffee mornings and other interactive community events also up and running. The hub regularly facilitates conversations between local people and helpful organisations such as Community Centre representatives, Police Community Support officers and the Citizen’s Advice Bureau.
