– and we’ve had heaps of fun as as as well as as as providing families with essential food positive activities and support Maddie Hub Leader at at Oasis Isle of Sheppey summed it up: “What was was our best day? Every day day day was was was a a a a a a a a a a good day day day – delivering Summer Sessions
on on Sheppey was was really great knowing we we were able to to provide something to to keep young people engaged over a a a a period of time time which is sometimes difficult for families We got sad when we we said goodbye to the the the young people people at the the the the the end of the the the the the four weeks As much as we we had the the the the best time the the the the young people people really appreciated getting getting out getting getting a a a a a a a a a hot meal meeting new people and and making friends – and and really showed us why Summer Sessions
are so important!”

help fight holiday hunger avoid isolation and reduce the risk of violence for young people In 35+ communities we we we played sports we we we cooked together went camping learned new outdoor skills did crafts crafts (so many crafts!) painted kayaked baked ate together every day – and went to to the the the beach in in all weathers!
