SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

STOP THE TRAFFIK Group (STTG) is seeking an exceptional and experienced individual to join our Intelligence Team. This role will devise reporting to STTG stakeholders (such as law enforcement, businesses, financial institutions, and NGOs) that can use the material to undermine the fundamentals of trafficking through their own resources, legally and justifiably.

STTG Intelligence incorporates the Traffik Analysis Hub, a large human trafficking database, and needs to build its brand and become the preeminent delivery mechanism for high grade-intelligence reporting that guides policy and practice development and tactically offers opportunities for interventions that safeguard and reduce trafficker opportunity. The delivery of this material is largely sourced through the effort of this postholder and those working to their direction. Intelligence products also drive the well-developed STTG prevention programmes around the world.

The post holder will occasionally be required to communicate directly with survivors of trafficking and with victims who require urgent intervention support.

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES

This role will be responsible for:

  • Strategic Intelligence Gathering: Oversee the collection of industry, technological, and competitive intelligence, ensuring data accuracy and relevance and to a high standard of research.
  • Analysis and Reporting:Lead the analysis of gathered intelligence, transforming data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for senior management.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments help with marketing, product development, and sales teams to align intelligence activities with broader company objectives.
  • Innovation and Improvement: Continually assess and improve intelligence gathering and analysis methodologies, incorporating new technologies and data sources.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential threats and opportunities, advising on risk mitigation strategies and strategic planning.
  • Stakeholder Communication & Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for all intelligence-related matters, communicating complex information clearly and concisely to various stakeholders. The successful postholder will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial clients.

We do not require any additional qualifications, rather, candidates must demonstrate previous experience in an environment with transferrable skills to this position.
