Our products 

Oasis makes every effort to ensure the product descriptions and images on our online store match the products despatched to customs electronically as a download or mailed by post.

Pricing

Prices are correct at point of checkout. Oasis reserves the right to alter or amend prices and to allow the use of discount codes from time to time. All product prices include VAT.

Postal charges 

These are set out clearly on the website and at the checkout point except in the case of downloads where postage is not relevant.

We aim to despatch postal orders within 3 working days.

Contact us: If you have any queries regarding purchases from our online shop or making a donation, please contact us at fundraising@oasisuk.org . We will deal with your query same-day where possible or within 3 working days.

Refunds and cancellations

To cancel an order:  email us at  fundraising@oasisuk.org.  If purchases are cancelled prior to dispatch, you will receive a full refund including the postage.

If your order is cancelled, but it is already in transit, you will be liable for the postage costs.

To return an order contact: fundraising@oasisuk.org and we will contact you within 3 working days.
