  • Excellent organisation, communication and leadership skills
  • Experience working with volunteers
  • To demonstrate familiarity with the UK school system
  • Awareness of safeguarding best practice for children/young people & adults at risk.
  • A ‘can-do’ approach, be self-motivated and flexible to deal with outdoor conditions.

In return for your hard work and commitment to this special project, you will get:

  • The opportunity to work in a unique working environment, based on a farm with desk space in the stunning Feilden Fowles studio (access to farm eggs and vegetables!)
  • A supportive network and family of staff in a motivating working environment.
  • A non-contributory defined benefit pension scheme with 7% Employer contributions.
  • 25 days holiday per year (plus Bank Holiday), rising to 30 days after 2 years of service.
